What if I can't do the time?
No worries, each challenge video is recorded.

What if I can't come to all of them?
That is okay! You'll have access to the members only challenge Facebook group with challenge videos and daily assignment.

How much time should I set aside each day?
We know your time is valuable, but we also want to be thorough. The daily videos will be roughly 30 minutes and each assignment should take you between 15-20 minutes.
